My partner and I had our wedding at Bill Miller’s on May 25, 2025. We were so happy with our choice! We were immediately taken with the quirky and eclectic indoor space and the lush grounds when we toured it the previous year. What really blew us away, however, was the professionalism of the team! Victoria and Lisa were incredibly responsive, professional, and patient with answering our million questions planning for the wedding. At our final meeting, Victoria helped us organize how our day should run, giving advice and making a customized schedule that accounted for how we envisioned the day to look like. We were hoping for an outdoor ceremony but were dealing with some unpredictable weather the week of. Victoria reassured us that we would have until the day of the event make a final decision. They allowed us to bring in and store some decor and other necessities the day before the wedding, which was a huge help. Lisa handled the rehearsal, prepping us for both the indoor and outdoor options. On the big day, we were in very good hands. The coordinators and the staff kept the day running smoothly. No details were overlooked, down to drying my bouquet and reminding me of my dress change. They also set up our late-night snack bar! The staff also neatly broke everything down for us to take home the following day. We had an unexpected miscommunication with one of our vendors, and the coordinators took it upon themselves to solve the issue. The team at Bill Miller’s really makes it a priority that the couples enjoy their big day. We were greeted with our signature drinks after our ceremony exit, and the staff brought us a generous platter of appetizers after pictures. We also received timely reminders to eat our food! They were also exceptional in how they handled our guests. Many of our guests remarked on how plentiful and good the food was. The venue was also able to accommodate for all of the dietary restrictions of our guests. We would choose the venue again in a heartbeat. From the moment we stepped foot on the grounds of Bill Miller's Castle, we knew we had found the perfect venue for our wedding day. The staff were incredibly attentive and so kind throughout the entire planning process. They listened to every concern we had and worked tirelessly to ensure everything was exactly as we had envisioned. When we faced some unexpected rain on the day of, they were communicative with us every step of the way as we decided what to do, and never once forced us into anything. Instead, they were incredibly encouraging and helped us create a beautifully curated, open, and spectacular indoor ceremony that exceeded all of our expectations. Bill Miller's Castle truly made our wedding day the most fun and special day of our lives. We are forever grateful for their expertise, flexibility, and dedication to making our dream a reality.
Our wedding at Bill Miller's Castle in May 2025 was a fairytale. It rained cats and dogs and we didn't even notice. The venue's decor is cozy, romantic, and interesting, so all of our professional photographs (and those taken by our guests on their own phones throughout the venue) contained a background with character and interest unique to anything we (or our guests) have ever seen. The outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour spaces would have been so lovely in-bloom in May, but we knew at Bill Miller's we would have a beautiful event even if it rained. The bridal suite, especially, was a god send, able to easily accommodate the crowd that was my bridal party. We continue to receive compliments from our guests about how 'cool' the venue was and how attentive and professional the staff was throughout the event. The planning team of Victoria and her mom, Lisa, made us feel confident every step of the way that our day would run smoothly. As a high-anxiety bride, I was relieved and assured by our conversations with the planning team all the way up to the rehearsal - and with the attention and care I received throughout my wedding day. At one point, Victoria got on her knees to help me change my shoes during the reception because I could not reach my feet around my large wedding dress. We would have our wedding at Bill Miller's again tomorrow.
When we began planning our wedding, we wanted a fall wedding that was unique, in a venue that served only 1 wedding at a time, was large enough to comfortably hold all of our guests indoors if necessary, but also had beautiful grounds if guests did want to wander outside for some fresh air. Bill Miller's had all of this and more. The packages offered at the Castle were reasonable compared with the other venues we looked at. Not many places include tables, chairs, linens, catering, cake, cake cutting, The building itself is so beautiful and different from the typical wedding factory venue. Every room, every wall, every window, and every corner has some cool details to offer and it is impossible to run out of interesting photo locations. We also saved tons of money leaning into the already fully decorated castle, using the candelabra centerpieces they had for rent, and doing DIY florals with minimal florals outside of our bouquets. The castle is THAT beautiful and interesting, any additional decorations or details is optional. We also had our ceremony indoors in front of the massive fireplace which made for a stunning ceremony. It truly was the wedding of our dreams. All of our guests praised the food that was served, and we agree! Everything was so delicious and the venetian table was out of this world! It included multiple tables of desserts filling the entire front entryway, each one more decadent than the last. Most importantly, our coordinator Victoria was so helpful, responsive, and organized. Leading up to the wedding, she was able to put our minds at ease during planning. She also ran our rehearsal, which was helpful to my entire wedding party. On the big day, everything ran smoothly and went exactly as we imagined it would when planning. Every venue should have a Victoria! The entire staff at the Castle is warm, welcoming, and professional. They are a family business and when you have your wedding at Bill Miller's, it truly feels like you are with family.
I can't say enough good things about this venue. Not only is the place itself magical, but the staff is AMAZING. Lisa was my coordinator and took care of everything we didn't even know we needed. They only do 1 wedding per day, so you have their undivided attention. The food was amazing (guests are still mentioning how good all of the food was!). The bridal suite is worth the money. Lamb lollipops are worth the money. And the Venetian table is worth the money! Lisa never tries to oversell you; she helped us find places where we can save money and helped us distinguish "nice to have" vs. "need to have." It's an all-inclusive venue that comes with experience (which is super helpful for first-time brides with lots of questions), a wedding coordinator for the day of, open bar, and great food. Every single thing was worth the money, and I cannot recommend it enough.

Bill Miller’s Castle was an absolute dream venue to host our wedding. The venue itself is gorgeous, eclectic, cozy, and more than large enough to accommodate our roughly 130 guests. The staff was absolutely incredible and bent over backwards to make sure our day was perfect. Our day-of coordinator Victoria was a rockstar who seemed to be everywhere at once making sure that everything went exactly as it was supposed to. Victoria was exceptionally helpful and communicative throughout the entire process and made us feel comfortable that everything would go to plan. We had a wonderful planning meeting with her shortly before our wedding date to make sure that all of our vendors were on the same page. The food was also insanely good! We felt like royalty at our sweetheart table enjoying our first meal together as a married couple. We cannot recommend a venue more fervently than we recommend Bill Miller’s Castle!

Beautiful Venue, Even Better Staff
We just had our wedding on 11/30/24. We were stunned by how smoothly everything went from the initial virtual tour to the ceremony and reception on our wedding day. The food was phenomenal, the venue is spacious and with almost 200 guests, we never felt cramped, huge dance floor, and gorgeous and large bridal suite. Victoria was an unbelievable coordinator, accommodated all of our needs, and the bar and service staff were wonderful as well. Our ceremony was indoors, it was exactly on time, and so beautiful with the chandeliers and fireplace. We have not stopped talking about how perfect the venue was.

The venue coordinator, Victoria, truly was patient angel and helped us through every single step in ensuring all the small details and granted our wish, it really was magical! The venue, the food, the suites, I am so glad our special day took place with them!!!

Daughter’s Wedding
From the moment we first saw Bill Miller’s Castle we knew my daughter’s wedding needed to be there. I can’t say enough about how incredible this venue is. Lisa and her staff were incredible. They made sure everything was perfect. The food was absolutely delicious. All of of guests raved about how phenomenal everything was. Even our DJ, who had never done an event there, said he hoped he could work there again.

So happy we picked Bill Miller's! The venue was magical for an on-location March wedding - lots of usable indoor/outdoor space. Victoria and her family made the big day (and all the days leading up to it) easy and perfect. The food was beyond fabulous - our guests are still talking about it.

It’s a little silly how much I loved getting married here for my December 2023 wedding. From our first tour of the venue with Victoria we knew we didn’t need to see anywhere else. The food? Amazing. The vibes? Immaculate. The care we received the day of the wedding? Worth every single dime we gave them. I had very little stress the day of my wedding thanks to the entire team. Everything was set up exactly how I wanted and my vision for the space was perfectly executed. Because it’s a family business there is so much expertise and calmness with everyone we interacted with. Victoria never once made me feel like a request or idea was out of question—she made a note and then made it happen. People are saying this was the best wedding they’ve been to, and I may be biased, but IT WAS.

Victoria was our day-of coordinator. She was incredible! Always responsive to my planning questions (email or phone), she made sure everything went smoothly and was present every step of the way. Having her there was such a relief; she ensured that the day went smoothly. The smaller upstairs room was perfect for my bridal party and me to store our belongings (seven people total). It was spacious enough that we didn’t feel cramped while dressing, and it also provided a great private spot for my husband and I after the ceremony. It had its own bathroom, which was a great bonus!
Victoria went above and beyond in every aspect. She made sure we had a highchair for a little one in attendance, arranged for a vegan meal for one of our guests even though we had chosen a buffet, and she even took photos with our polaroid camera right after we were married, capturing one of our most joyful moments. Another thing that truly impressed us was how accommodating the venue was for our elderly and disabled guests. One of our family members uses a wheelchair, and the staff made sure she could easily access the outdoor ceremony. The ramps outside made moving around so much easier for her, and we were grateful for the flat, well-maintained floors, which gave us peace of mind for our elderly guests. Since it was incredibly hot on our wedding day, having an indoor-outdoor space during cocktail hour was such a relief. Guests could enjoy the outdoors but also retreat inside for air conditioning.
The bartenders were also fantastic. Even with a crowd, the line for drinks moved so quickly, and they made sure everyone was taken care of. I had requested a purple signature, and the bartender came to me with two shades of purple to let me choose the perfect color—it was such a thoughtful touch and made it feel more personal. I had several guests compliment the venue, especially the decor and antiques that give Bill Miller's Castle so much character. The food was another highlight of the night. Multiple guests came up to me to rave about how delicious everything was, and many even went up for seconds!
Overall, Bill Miller's Castle was the perfect place for our wedding. I highly recommend it!

Our daughter's wedding was nothing short of spectacular! The attention to detail, the decor, the food, everything about it was amazing. Lisa is so easy to work with and guided us so patiently. She ensures a perfect day and made our daughter's vision come to life. We can't thank the staff of BMC enough. Just an amazing day!
When my wife and I decided we wanted a fantasy-themed wedding, we figured the biggest hurdle to clear would be the venue. Little did we know that we'd strike gold with our very first visit. Bill Miller's Castle was everything we hoped to find and more. The atmosphere was perfection and required almost no input from us to achieve our vision. Our coordinator, Victoria, was knowledgeable, friendly, and great at her job. We had almost no stress throughout the entire planning process, and this is in no small part due to having Victoria in our corner. The staff at Bill Miller's was also excellent and instrumental in crafting a night we'll never forget. There isn't a single thing we'd change.
